1 out of 5 starsI never received the item, I emailed the seller to see if I could still get the item since my Third grade class and I were excited to use it as a pointer in the classroom. I received no response from my message. Life happens and that’s understandable but purchasing an item over a month ago with no response is unprofessional.

Hi Kate I messaged you and have not heard back about what happened with your order. I re-opened my shop after being closed for some time and when I did etsy forced a download of a new app to replace the old seller app. Unfortunately this app basically means I can no longer manage my shop via an app and have to use their website. It auto turned off all notification on sales, I did NOT know I had a sale till I decided to long in to the actual website one day. Iv have this shop since 2013 and never once had this issue. Again I’m incredibly sorry for this inconvenience, I’m happy etsy refunded your order right away again so sorry about everything.

Gift wrapping and packaging
Items come packed in clear plastic great for throwing in a gift bag for that special someone.
Receipts are not included in the shipping.
Packaging may vary based on the gift item.
Sash Care Instructions
Sash is shipped rolled and in a sheer bag, there should be not creases or lines.
▫️Iron on backside only if needed on medium heat.
▫️Spot clean with damp cloth.
▫️Comes with two safety pins one for the shoulder to help avoid slipping and on at the hip for sizing.
▫️I DO NOT sew the ends of the sashes, this allows for a much better fit for all shapes and sizes.
▫️Sash can be trimmed but the ends will need to be revealed.
◾️ How to pin your Sash
▫️ Play the sash on your self or child
▫️ Make sure the front piece is layered over the back part of the sash at the hip.
▫️Take the larger safety pin and pin underneath the two layers.
▫️ Take the smaller pin and pin underneath the shirt at the shoulder.
